About this house rental

Beautiful, fully renovated house, located in the heart of the resort, in a very quiet lane, the house is ideal if you want to relax fully, as everything can be done on foot: all amenities are just a few meters away. Terrace, garden, pleasant veranda for meals, bike shed, barbecue, etc. Not overlooked, unobstructed view, supervised beaches and water sports just a stone's throw away (100m), shopping, bakery, restaurants and tourist office 100m away. Beautifully renovated two-storey house with refined seaside decor. Terrace, veranda, enclosed garden of 30m2. House: Enjoy your meals in the calm of the bright veranda, surrounded by greenery. The living room, with its uninterrupted view over the garden and the village and its comfortable sofa, is the perfect place to relax when you return from the beach or a walk. The bright kitchen is separated from the living room by a workshop-style glazed partition, so you can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine, in front of the French windows overlooking the garden. Fridge, freezer, induction hob, two gas burners, extractor hood, built-in oven, microwave. 1st floor: a large through bedroom with old parquet flooring, approx. 18 m2, with double aspect and lovely unobstructed views over the main village square, a bed with a particularly comfortable mattress (160 cm), two chest of drawers and a sliding wardrobe. A second, smaller bedroom with antique parquet flooring, a 140cm bed, comfortable mattress and lovely uninterrupted views over the surrounding gardens. On the same landing, there is a shower room with an unobstructed view of the village square (below, no direct neighbours), Italian shower, vanity unit and toilet. The large walk-through dormitory on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to four young children (or two adults), as it has four children's beds (two on the right and two on the left). If you want to get some work done, there's a small, quiet office on the top floor (when the children aren't around) with WiFi and Ethernet sockets. The veranda also has an Ethernet socket and a comfortable office chair on castors, so you can work in natural light. The basement has a laundry area with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes line and two mobile dryers. An enclosed space housing the gas boiler (accessible only to the owner or her representative). Staircase between the ground floor and the basement. Door leading directly to the garden. Apart from the gas boiler room and the room where I store my personal belongings and house maintenance equipment, YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE HOUSE. For garden maintenance, in summer only and if necessary, the owner or her representative must have access to the garden behind the house at the end of the day (via the garage only). Between two stays, the sheets are washed in the laundry room in the basement (the owner or her representative has access to this room via the garden). The owner or her representative must be able to access the garage during her stay to store her bicycles and/or personal equipment. N.B.: the garage, cellar and garden have separate entrances from those of the tenants, so that the owner never enters the area occupied by the tenants. Tenants are, of course, entitled to use the garage to store their bicycles and other equipment, to access the washing machines and tumble dryers in the cellar, and to use the garden as they wish. There is a large public car park below the house, just a 1-minute walk away. It is lit at night and has surveillance cameras. When you arrive, you can park in the street in front of the entrance and bring your bags directly to the house. The street is quiet and not very busy. We can send you a map of the house on request. I remain very available throughout your stay and I ask my travellers not to hesitate to contact me for any advice. At your request, I (or my representative) can come and help you during your stay, as I'm only a stone's throw away. I can also recommend the best places to go, whether they are must-sees or more confidential, and the unusual things to see and do to suit your tastes. I'm currently working on a guide that I hope will help you get the most out of your stay. The garage is small and cannot accommodate a car. It can only be used to store your bikes and/or beach equipment. The bicycles in the garage are unfortunately not part of the rental and must not be used (for safety and insurance reasons). For safety reasons, the wood-burning stove in the living room must not be used (for this reason, it does not appear in the advert). Please keep the garage door locked. Access to the garden is only via the garage and the cellar. The top floor is under slope and the ceiling height is rather low (approx. 1.75 m at the highest point).
