Ty Mad is a stone house in the Breton charm for 6 to 8 people which is characterized by a terrace and garden facing south, its comfort and quality facilities and the possibility to park two cars. It is located 5 minutes walk from the harbor, beaches and Casino La Comtesse, cinema and shops downtown. Sentes the trail takes you to the port where you can hang a small cafe and make your market. It is ideally located so that you no longer were receiving in your car.

A super week

We were given a very warm welcome to this wonderful house, which suited our needs perfectly. As a family of 4 there was plenty of comfort and space, with all the facilities one could hope for. We were able to make good use of the garden as well. The location was excellent, and the town, which we had not visited before, was lovely. The beaches were superb, as was the coastal walk. All told, I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très agréable et bien pensée pour 2 familles avec enfants grâce à ses 2 étages totalement indépendants. Les équipements étaient de qualité et ont facilité le séjour ! Merci tout particulièrement à Jean et sa charmante épouse qui nous ont accueilli avec gentillesse après plusieurs heures de route. Nous recommandons fortement et espérons revenir aux beaux jours !

Une maison bien équipée et meublée avec goût. Les chambres bien isolées les unes des autres disposent d'une literie très confortable. Au charme de l'intérieur s'ajoute celui de la terrasse et du jardin. Un emplacement "au calme" sans les nuisances sonores des axes de circulation.

Magnifique maison, très pratique et décorée avec goût. Le jardin est merveilleux. L'accueil fut chaleureux. Tout est accessible à pieds (plage, supérette,...). Nous étions deux familles avec enfants et nous sommes tous d'accord pour dire que ce fut de super vacances. Encore merci à la famille Lebreton.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Ty Mad. La maison est vraiment très jolie et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin est également très agréable et pratique avec de jeunes enfants. Les prestations sont de qualitées et les échanges avec le propriétaire toujours très faciles et agréables.Une deuxième salle de bain ne serait pas de trop mais nous pensons que ce manque est compensé en période estivale par la douche extérieure. Le secteur est par ailleurs magnifique et il y a donc de très belles balades et découvertes à faire. Avis très positif, je recommande vivement cette location.

Maison très agréable, lumineuse et confortable. Bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. On a vraiment apprécié de laisser la voiture et de tout faire à pied (plages et commerces accessibles en 5 à 10 minutes de marche).

Superbe séjour dans cette jolie maison en pierres, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de chaleur. Accueil très chaleureux, simple avec des petites attentions très appréciables ( far breton, cidre). La maison est très bien située car nous avons pu nous déplacer uniquement à pied ( accès au bourg, plages etc...) Je recommande très vivement cette location. Merci encore!

Excellent sejour a saint quay portrieux au mois de juillet. Le gîte offre tout le confort imaginable : wifi, console d enjeux, magazines, livres, cafetière dernier cri... L'accueil est très chaleureux. La maison est parfaitement adaptée à une grande famille ( nous étions 8 et tout le monde avait sa place ) bref un endroit parfait pour découvrir Saint Quay et ses environs .

Nous sommes partis à 7 (5 adultes, 2 enfants) et avons occupé la maison durant une semaine qui s'est avérée parfaite. la maison est grande, les 4 chambres vastes, tout est magnifiquement décoré. Le jardin est vraiment un plus, il est entièrement fermé (parfait avec deux enfants en bas age) et contient tout l'équipement nécessaire barbecue, transats... La maison aussi regorge de petites choses utiles qui rende le séjour très agréable : Jeux de société, livres, ingrédients de cuisine de base, vaisselle en grande quantité... Bref on se croirait à la maison. Cerise sur le gâteau nous avons été accueillis par un far breton maison et une bouteille de cidre. En conclusion , location magnifique dans un village très sympathique que je conseille vivement de visiter!
