Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: a large living room with insert fireplace, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140X190), a bathroom (shower and double sink), WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140x190 and 2 single beds 90x190), a bathroom (shower and basin), a toilet, a relaxation landing with games and books. In the basement: a utility room, utility room and garage. South-facing terrace of 20 m² on the entire facade and flowered and tree-lined garden of 500 m² surrounding the gite. Ping-pong table available. Need a large gite? Don't want to be too far from the sea? The Gîte du Grand Pré meets at least these criteria but not only... Independent house in a quiet residential area, it is open all year round and Alain has made sure that all the comfort is there for stays to live and relive in all conviviality. Going down 2 km you will arrive at the very heart of the resort of Saint Quay Portrieux, but do we still have it? 2 Ports, beaches, seawater swimming pool, semaphore, GR34, Ile de la Comtesse, casino, restaurants, entertainment, ... don't forget to taste the Coquille St Jacques! More broadly, it is the junction point between the North and the South of the Côté de Goëlo, i.e. Paimpol and St Brieuc 25 km away. Welcome to the gite du grand pré! It offers you beautiful volumes with its 5 bedrooms, ideal for a stay with friends or family welcoming up to 10 people.
