To list all the things I liked would be a short story in itself, but some highlights were: all appliances and fittings in the apartment were of good quality and felt as if they were new or nearly new. The facilities in the bathroom and kitchen were superb and the bedroom was large with a comfortable bed, four wardrobes with internal lighting (one with hanging facilities and three with shelving) and two small drawer units beside the bed. all windows and balcony doors were openable with privacy in the bedroom provided by internal shutters (rather than curtains) which could be deployed with the windows slightly ajar. Although there is a tram line immediately outside the windows of the apartment, this did not interrupt my sleep, even though I was sleeping with the windows open. The apartment is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with numerous eating and drinking establishments to cater to every budget level. There is an excellent street market on Tuesdays and Saturdays right outside the condominium with great fruits, vegetables, cheeses, breads and meats. The property is only a few minutes walk from Isola metro station (one stop from Porta Garibaldi mainline station) and the centre of Milan can be reached in 10-15 minutes walking.

The apartment did not have a tea towel for drying dishes and cutlery (although the apartment has a dishwasher which I did not use). It did however have an brand new washing-up cloth which solved the problem. Entry to the apartment from the communal hall was quite narrow unless the second door is unlatched, which requires a little effort. Entry through the narrow opening is perfectly ok when unencumbered, but could be a problem if you were porting a large suitcase. The need to travel to offices within Milan Central station to collect the property keys, and then travel to the property from there adds a level of complexity especially if you arrive into Milan later in the day (the office to collect the keys closes at 9 p.m. (21:00) and is uncontactable until the next morning in the event of issues when you reach the apartment).

Excellent apartment in a classic building.. Top class facilities... Nice location.. Tram and bus access are nearby. So many restaurants and shops...

Key collection is a Himalayan task.t☹️☹️. Guidance for flat entry also very poor. There was no nameplate in the flat. Only a floormat with their name. They should mention this in their guidance sheet. ItalianWay office will not pick the phone.☹️

It's really difficult the find a their office in central train station. Staff gave to us wrong directions for the public transportation... We walked a lot with the heavy luggages...
