We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay with our host Jean-Christophe at his home on the outskirts of Poitiers. He greeted us warmly when we arrived at dinner time, and asked if wanted a refreshment before settling in our room which adjoined his home. He spoken very well English as well. Breakfast was served within his home kitchen living room space, at a very nice table setting for the two of us. Our room was clean, very pleasant, and comfortable. Outside, Jean-Christophe had a nice quite garden space, and his property is within a walled and gated compound, with car parking at our door. Jean also gave us an excellent dinner restaurant recommendation which was only 15 minutes away, and he made reservations for us. All in all, a great stay, close to the city of Poitiers but feels like being in the country side in a small commune settlement.

Heerlijke ruime kamer en badkamer. Mooie aankleding van de ruimtes. Heel vriendelijke en prettige gastheer. We komen graag terug.

Mooie tuin, ruime badkamer en ruime slaapkamer.
Echt Frans ontbijt: croissantje, stukjes stokbrood, 2x jam, oftewel redelijk eenvoudig.
