This property boasts a prime location in the heart of the old town, close to the Teatro Massimo di Palermo and adjacent to a famous Mercato del Capo market. Situated on the ground floor of an older building in a residential area, it offers convenient access. Recently renovated and fully equipped, it includes a kitchen with all necessary appliances such as an induction cooker, microwave, fridge and kettle. The rooms are clean and tidy. The host was very hospitable, personally greeting guests and helping us with check-in. He was also quick to respond to and resolve issues such as the power outage – thumbs up!

The room is poorly ventilated, and the water heater has a small capacity, so it cannot continuously supply hot water.

Una perla nascosta, un’esperienza indimenticabile! Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento, per qualche giorno e posso dire con assoluta certezza che è stato uno dei posti più accoglienti e curati in cui sia mai stato. Fin dal primo momento, si respira un’atmosfera calda e familiare, grazie alla premura e alla gentilezza dei proprietari, che fanno sentire ogni ospite come a casa propria. Le camere sono pulitissime, arredate con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, e dotate di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale: tranquilla, ma vicina a tutto ciò che serve. Perfetto sia per chi cerca relax che per chi vuole esplorare i dintorni. Un luogo che non è solo una struttura, ma un’esperienza che ti resta nel cuore. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia sentirsi davvero coccolato.
