Appartamento Kardía

Lift. Air-conditioning. Washing machine (with short programmes), dry rack. Modern bathroom. There are actually two bathrooms, but I only used one. Pods for coffee machine. Some tea bags. Kitchen table with space for four. Couch from where one can watch TV.

I would have liked a kettle for boiling water for tea. I used a saucepan instead. It was no big deal. Getting to the property with a heavy suitcase is taxing, especially since most of the route is through a very busy market. I didn't like having to walk through the market every day on my way to sight-seeing or on my way back to the apartment. It often felt like running the gauntlet because of the aggressive sales techniques of some vendors. There are alternative routes, but they take longer.

Uma excelente relação qualidade-preço, tendo em conta o generoso tamanho do apartamento com elevador (cerca de 70 m2), um quarto, uma grande sala aberta com cozinha equipada, área de estar e espaço para comer, ar condicionado duas casas de banho - um luxo para duas pessoas. A localização é central, em pleno mercado de Capo, no centro histórico da cidade, portanto perto de tudo. Destaco acima de tudo a simpatia, disponibilidade e ajuda do anfitrião Maurizio, sempre pronto para ajudar no necessário!

Brilliant location, just a few seconds away from Mercato Capo which is a lively market on the nearby street. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very helpful and there was even the option to get a taxi from the airport which was very helpful for our late flight, and they were very helpful when I left my bag at the airport (and successfully got it back!!!) thanks a lot.

Maria and Maurizio were perfect hosts, likewise the Apartment was incredible, allowing you feel at home in Palermo. The Apartment is perfectly situated in the Heart of Capo Market with Lolli station at your doorstep. Every morning you have a choice of fresh Market produce or hundreds of Caffe's for a perfect breakfast whether is Granite and brioche or a cornetto and a Cappuccino. If you want to explore Palermo is at your doorstep and if your feeling adventurous the train or bus service will take you to Cefalu to the east, Monreale to the south or Tripanini to the west. Nightlife is a must and this Apartment is in walking distance to anywhere you want to be.

If you're a light sleeper remember its a capital.
