It consists of 3 hectares of farmland, including vineyards (Loureiro grape variety), passion fruit greenhouses, an asparagus patch, and various fruit trees, and offers its guests seasonal produce free of charge. It features a social area with a garden, barbecue facilities, a private saltwater pool, a ping-pong table, an indoor pool table, and a playground, as well as other recreational activities available upon request at no charge.
The house has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 more people, and a regional-style kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher and washing machine.
