L'emplacement, le calme, l'espace extérieur et particulièrement la cuisine et les sanitaires près de la terrasse, l'espace dans la maison
la climatisation qui ne faisait pas de froid au rez de chaussée.
Le nettoyage de la piscine, juste une épuisette et pas de robot pour nettoyer le fond.
