About this apartment rental
Well maintained two bedroom, two bath condominium is located off Thomas Drive. Our condo was built before the new setback rules went into effect and is located on the top floor (5th) and overlooks the Gulf right on the beach. There are no large developments on either side of Gulfgate. You can leave the condo and be on the beach in 60 seconds. The pool is heated and lounge chairs and tables for your use are located in the pool areas. You must be 26 years or older to rent at Gulfgate.
Our condo has Tile floors and king size beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom also opens to the spacious balcony . Both bedrooms and living area have TV's. We also have wireless internet.
We just purchased this condo which is next door to VRBO 61797(see our reviews) that we purchased new in the 70's. It has the same floor plan and have just finished the renovation with same paint scheme and beautiful new tile floors.
Gulfgate is close to all major attractions and shopping. Gulfgate is the perfect place to bring your family and have a wonderful vacation. We are never crowded !

We came for our 30th Anniversary of had the best time. Our condo was very clean and nice and we will definitely be back.The host was great to work with. Can’t wait to come back for another trip. Thank you Ben for letting us rent your place .

We had a great time at this condo. It’s a bit dated but the location was great. We needed a condo that was pet friendly and face the beach and this one filled the bill. However, there was a water pressure problem and there was only a trickle of water that came from the faucet in one of the bathrooms, and consequently the toilet overflowed. I contacted my host through the VRBO app and left him a text message. I saw that he read the message but never replied. This was disappointing. It was inconvenient to only have one working bathroom. I guess In hindsight I should’ve contacted the office, but when we checked in they told us we didn’t need to check in with them since we had a VRBO host, so I didn’t call the office. We were only there for 3 nights. For the money they charged and the lack of communication I wouldn’t rent it again.
