Villa Koukounari enjoys a private hilltop position in Agios Matthaios, a beautiful and peaceful resort, full of pine trees with breathtaking view overlooking the entire town of Chania, just 4 kms away from the center of the town and the old Venetian harbour and 10 kms from the international airport.
The villa is built in two levels and consists of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each level has its own kitchen, living and dining room. In the ground level there is also a fitness center and a home cinema. In our atmospheric terrace you can enjoy the sun in our lounge chairs or relax in our comfortable sofas luxuriating the scenery and peaceful nature surrounding the villa, day or night.Thanks to big trees you can always find a cool and shaded place (even if it is a really hot day). A big yard bordered by grass – an ideal space for games and sports like table tennis – welcomes you on arrival.
