Lage und Ausblick erfüllten voll unsere Erwartungen wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Auch die Appartmentausstattung war üppig. Einzig eine Mikrowelle fehlt, dann wäre die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Aufgrund der Lage gibt es zahlreiche Frühstücks- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten in nahen Umkreis. Auch die kostenfreien Parkplätze sind immer zu bekommen, aber erfordern ca. 8min Fußweg. Sind das schon gewohnt, da wir nicht das erste Mal in Gmunden waren. Würde das Appartment sicher nochmals buchen und hoffe dann klappts auch mit der Reinigung besser.
Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Sah so aus als ob hier schon seit einiger Zeit nicht gereinigt wurde. Im Schlafzimmer lagen zahlreiche Fusseln (Leintuchfusseln?) im ganzen Zimmer. Auf den Möbeln und Türen war leider schon viel Staub ersichtlich. Eventuell ist Ende April/Anfang Mai auch nicht die Hauptreisezeit...

Excellent, central location with stunning views of Traunsee. Spacious, bright, comfortable rooms with balcony. The host was very helpful, immediately helped with a minor problem. Check-in was very easy and fast.
The wifi did not reach the internet.

Top Lage, Blick zum See einfach schön!!! Sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, TV mit allen Programmen hat bestens funktioniert. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sauber.
Stiegenhaus und Gänge sowie Eingangsbereich sehr verschmutzt. Lieblos. Unangenehme Gerüche, leicht muffig.
