Die Lage, fussläufig zum Stadtzentrum! Nah zur Badestelle in der Traun. Alles hat tipptopp funktioniert! Toilette und Dusche sind getrennt, sehr vorteilhaft.
Parkplätze gibt drei vorm Haus, wenn man Glück hat. (Aber es gibt genügend öffentliche Parkplätze!) Wäsche war leider etwas muffig.

Wielkość apartamentu, balkon, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, samodzielny odbiór kluczy ze skrzynki (o każdej porze). Apartament po remoncie. Osobne WC. Urokliwe miasteczko, wszędzie blisko.
Jesteśmy rodziną 2+2, a dostaliśmy niepełne wyposażenie (za mało ręczników - 2 kpl, pościel w salonie bez prześcieradła i 1 poszewki). Brak klimatyzacji sprawił, że było bardzo gorąco i ciężko się spało. Na zewnątrz, przy skrzynce na klucze, nieposprzątane śmieci na ziemi. Dzika zieleń przed domem (pokrzywy). W korytarzu suszące się pranie. Prysznic, umywalka i pralka znajdują się w sypialni - musieliśmy wychodzić do salonu, jak ktoś się kąpał. Za mało miejsc parkingowych.

An der Unterkunft hat uns die Lage besonders gefallen, da man innerhalb von 5-10min im Stadtzentrum war. Die Ferienwohnung war gut für zwei Personen ausgestattet und hatte alles was man braucht. Von dem Balkon aus hat man eine gute Aussicht auf die Traun und die Berge. Sauber war die Wohnung auch, bis auf ein paar Krümel.
Auszusetzen gibt es nicht viel. Es wäre schön gewesen einen neuen Lappen zu bekommen und nicht den von den Vorbesitzern. Der Tisch in Apartment 6 war sehr wackelig, wodurch man sich beim Essen immer auf eine Seite stützen musste.

Kein Heizung nicht eingeschaltet!!! Die Räume eiskalt, bestimmt einige Tage nicht beheizt, obwohl die Reise war angekundigt!!! Sehr gemeine Sparmaßnahme! Erst am nächsten Tag gg Mittag angenehme Zimmertemperatur erreicht! Ein Anforderung an Betreiber blieb unerhört!
