The location, quiet and parking.
We have booked a suite. According to description one room with bathroom and heating. At arrival We found it was two small double room with bathroom and toilet in corridor. No heating available in room or bathroom which were cold during evening and night. Also bed linen was old and simple, but clean though. Room information in Booking.com wrong / misleading and certainly not worth the price.
