I definitely liked the location, nestled in the middle of a pine forest. The large territory is well maintained and beautifully taken care of. I also liked that the little restaurant had sofas and tables outside. The view of the lakes from the balcony was really beautiful as well. The quality of the bed linen was good. The room was cozy overall, with a lovely balcony offering a nice view and a small table. It was also nice that they provided shower gel, shampoo, slippers, and large towels. It was so cozy having dinner outside, surrounded by the forest, sitting on the sofas. Definitely a big plus for the design of the property and its location. The waitress at the restaurant was lovely and very pleasant, and the security guard who helped us park was also very helpful and friendly. I really liked the little farm they had, it was nice to see all the animals, and it was quite exciting.

1. We ordered an outdoor hot tub and booked it for 8 p.m. at the reception. It was my mom’s 65th birthday, and after dinner at the restaurant, we were looking forward to relaxing in the tub. However, when we arrived, the receptionist had not booked it and seemed to have forgotten. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and being honest about what had happened, she started insisting that we had never made a booking. Gaslighting us. This was the most unpleasant part of our stay. 2. When we booked this property, we didn’t know there would be a large wedding with loud music playing until midnight. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking information. The room had windows facing the wedding party, so the music was extremely loud, and we could hear every word spoken into the microphone. If you’re considering staying here, I would recommend double-checking with the property about any events or weddings taking place during your stay. 3. The outdoor hot tub is made of plastic, and there is a part of it that gets extremely hot and cannot be safely sat on. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of this and burned my back on it. I now have a red mark as a result. There was no warning or safety information provided about this. A clear warning should be given to guests about any part of the tub that can become dangerously hot. I’m adding a picture of the burning mark that I got in the tub. 4. The portions at the restaurant are extremely small, everything feels more like a children’s portion than a proper adult serving. We ordered a portion of potatoes and received just one potato. The breakfast: only three small syrniki and a child-sized portion of omelet. Shashlyk (grilled meat) had no taste. 5. I can’t say the room was spotless. We found a spider next to the window and a black hair on the bed sheet. The foot towel was also very old, worn out, and looked like it should have been replaced a long time ago.

Чудове місце розташування - в сосновому лісі біля водойми, гарний вигляд з вікна. Велика і доглянута територія комплексу, є де прогулятись і насолодитись краєвидами, багато альтанок на території для відпочинку. Чисто у номері, було усе необхідне, навіть невеличкий холодильник:). Сподобався також сніданок (який включений у вартість проживання), гарне обслуговування в ресторані. Ми скористались також послугами спа-комлексу - це особливе місце релаксу та перезавантаження. Велика вдячність персоналу готелю, ресторану і особливо спа-комлексу, дякуємо за Вашу роботу та турботу!

Ми бронювали два номери, і просили, щоб вони були поруч - це наше прохання виконали. Єдиний недолік - в одному з номерів (6 номер) одна стіна була гаряча як пічка, через що в кімнаті було надзвичайно спекотно і сухе повітря (для лютого місяця ніби й добре, але що занадто, те не здраво:)
