Дуже чисто, постіль пахне, все нове, ремонт новий, сніданки гарні
Зовсім відсутня шумовзоляція. Під час нашого перебування, навпроти в декількох номерах проживали група дітей та підлітків. Відпочити, на жаль, з дороги не вдалося. Весь вечір до опівночі бігали коридорами, гучно спілкувалися. Я просила тихіше, питала чи є дорослі хто наглядає, просила на рецепшені поспілкуватися з відповідальною людиною. Але, на жаль, до опівночі без змін. Я розумію, що бувають заїзди груп дітей, але було б добре, якби мене попередили, що в цьому крилі проживає група дітей, ми їх просимо поважати правила тиші готелю, але це діти, буває як буває. І запропонувати номер в іншому крилі, можливо два номери з доплатою, але хотілось би мати розуміння ще до поселення та до вечора і відпочити.
