The cleaning staff HAS TO pay more attention to bathrooms. It is the second time we have had an issue with a dirty bathroom. It's important to note that the lovely receptionist (who speaks English very well) did everything she could to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks to her, we did not leave with a bitter feeling. However, having cleanliness issues with the bathroom 2 times in a row is not ideal by far. We will definitely stay again and truly hope that the housekeeping staff will fix this issue. Also, the AC was making a drowning Demogorgon noises, which we did bring to the attention to the staff, and hopefully it has been already fixed by now. It worked very well, the temperature in our room was perfect while it was really hot outside. The only issue was the loud noise. Everything else was near perfect: room, view, communication, luggage storage, comfort.

The staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is amazing. The room was big enough.

The toilet didn’t work good and the shower needs to be fixed.

Nice room, clean, smells good, nice interior design, warm. The bed was very comfy
