Absolutely fabulous…Hey 2x great pubs yards away.

Spotless… got everything a guy needs for a more than comfortable stay.. garden is so nice to sit n take in the ambiance…. Great walk towards W/Bridge along the canal, Plenty of aircraft for plane spotters from East Mid.

Minor thing… really minor… no spare kitchen cupboards for foods etc… but massive awesome fridge..put it all in there… 👍 Great stocked Londis up the hill, good for general, mean pork-black-pudding pie….but staff only communicate with “ogh” n “mm” … found myself saying “great chatting” 🤣 but most places and folk very social… 😊

A great base to explore the Peak District

A lovely cosy and very clean holiday cottage. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were comfortable. The location was perfect to enjoy the area.

Great property in a great location

Great location for exploring the Peak District with walks available from the property without needing to drive. Hunters Cottage had everything we needed and the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge was a welcome surprise

2nd bedroom has a small double bed, which was fine but worth noting if it could be an issue. The pipes are a little noisy but not a big issue

Wonderful Hunters Cottage

The location of the cottage was absolutely ideal.Close to a number of decent pubs and excellent walks.

The cottage was very well equipped and apart from a couple of minor details such as no lock on the bathroom door,which could be easily resolved, not so the extremely noisy tap and flush I would guess.Having referred to those points it would not prevent me from booking again.

What a wonderful cottage

What a lovely place! I fell in love with the cottage the minute I walked in. Very well looked after, clean, cosy. The garden is beautifully done. Location is great. We did a walk around Chinley, starting from the cottage. Very friendly neighbour. Pubs and restaurants in walking distance. The kitchen had all the equipment needed.

No dishwasher. The second bed was quite small for our 17 and 19 year old girls. Water pipes when using sink or toilet are very noisy.

Excellent cottage, highly recommend!

Amazing location! Short drive to all main attractions in Peak District. Very friendly neighbors and superb food and service at local cafe Tea On The Green. Cottage very cosy and comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Will be coming back here!

The only negative would be quite loud water pipe system, not ideal if you must use toilet early in the morning or at night. Otherwise everything was great.

Exceptional

Lovely home with a quaint relaxing garden. Great pubs nearby & just a short drive to all the sightseeing areas. Thoroughly recommend Hunters cottage & will be booking again
