Very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location was great and it was in the middle of nowhere so no noise at all. It was very cosy. spacious and very scenic views. The kitchen had everything you needed with an electric hob. We didn’t know we had neighbours. It felt like home amd the beds were comfy.

The cottage was spotless in a fantastic, quiet location surrounded by amazing views. We had a choice of pillows depending on preference (hard/soft). The beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and we also had use of a communal area with access to a washer/dryer, iron and board along with additional cleaning supplies. The owner was amazing, super friendly and helped me when I got lost trying to find the property.

There's nothing I didn't like. The pipes made a lot of noise when using the water. However, i believe that's to be expected in a property such as this one.

It’s a nice and cosy property surrounded by beautiful views. If you love nature and hiking, you will appreciate it more. Attractions are just a few minutes away. The owner was a pleasure to talk to.

We had an amazing time, highly recommended

Cottage in an idea location for us not to far from anywhere we wished to go and the scenery was beautiful. We loved being on a farm and fussing the horses and just being away from anywhere really busy. The cottage was beautiful, very homely and everything you needed was there, host was lovely, very friendly and on hand for any questions, highly recommended and we hope to return again at some point.

Overall it was definitely below our expectations.

Peaceful, quiet location and a comfortable self contained unit.,

Our host Wendy thought we were checking in the next day. When we collected the key, (self check in) the unit wasn’t cleaned, bed linen weren’t changed and used towels were found in the bath tub. We couldn’t get hold of the host (after a few phone calls) but managed to get in touch with the housekeeper, who came immediately to clean up and replace beddings/towels etc. We had to wait for about an hour and a half. Poor managing skills on the part of the host. Instead of offering a sincere apology, the host came up with a host of excuses - said it’s probably due to our last minute booking (which wasn’t the case) and that they take weekly bookings ie Fridays-Saturdays, hence wasn’t expecting us on a Thursday. Unacceptable!
