Very nice apartment. Clean and comfortable.
We arrive 15 minutes after check in time and apartment was not clean yet. Cleaning person wanted us to come back in one hour. However we had been walking all day and didn’t want to wander the city as she suggested. She was nice enough to let us wait in another uncleaned apartment.
It would have been nice to have coffee pods like other apartments we have stayed in.
Communication could have been better. Email had no link to register. Someone did respond and send link, at which time I mentioned our expected arrival time.

it was in a good location and had good facilities (e.g., washing machine)
we arrived during a very hot week in July and although we knew there was no air conditioning, there wasn’t even a fan we could use. the windows opened out to a busy street that didn’t quieter down until midnight.
in order to sleep we bought a fan for the property and weren’t offered reimbursement for it. very disappointing
