La ubicación es perfecta, está justo al lado de una plaza con varios establecimientos y muy bien.
hay poca insonorización. Se escucha mucho a los vecinos y lo que pasa fuera en las calles.

Bien situado y comodidad
Mal olor en el baño, la cisterna no funciona correctamente, por la noche se oye demasiado el escándalo de la calle, pero estando donde está ubicado es normal.

Appartamento molto buono,abbastanza vicino al centro. Pero ,per un anziano quale sono, trovo veramente macchinoso il modo di accesso..ovvero..prima vai a ritirare le chiavi in ufficio lontano da appartamento , poi non potendo accedere alla casa con l'auto, devi lasciarla in altro pk 3-400mt distante dall' abitazione, caricandoti sulle spalle i bagagli.. Poi entri in casa...
