About this villa rental
Lovely house in the mountains with large private outdoor area of 5000 square meters at about 800 m above sea level immediately outside the village of Treviso Brescia, easily accessible by car.
The house consists of:
- GROUND FLOOR: double bedroom with bathroom and separate laundry room;
- FIRST FLOOR: large living area with kitchen, sofa, fireplace and television; two double bedrooms; bathroom. Outside, two terraces with tables and chairs;
- SECOND FLOOR: two attic bedrooms. One is furnished with three single beds and the other with a French bed (140 cm).
Outside there is a large green space equipped with 2 BBQ. There are also a swing and a football table.
The house is surrounded by green and in a sunny area.
The village can be reached in a few minutes on foot and there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants.
In the surroundings: Idro lake (10 minutes by car), Rocca d'Anfo, Baremone environmental protection oasis, tourist itinerary of the Alta Via dei Forti, Romanterra geological site, village of Bagolino, park of the forges and Via Ferrata of Casto, the funtanì nature reserve of Nalmase, Valvestino with the Magasa plateau and thatched-roof barns of Cima Rest.
