Good to stay and would definitely comeback

I liked the location, to start with. Very cosy place, all you need in the kitchen, to cook. Nice wc and shower, comfortable bed and a nice size flat screen tv. Good parking, free and just outside the place. All shops and market with walking distance and what really liked was the fact that the place was always nice and warm.

I could notice that the place was going under some decoration and still lots of bits and pieces to be finished but that didn't bother all all.

Lovely little studio apartment in a handy location with easy on-street parking and equipped with all basic needs for a short stay. Recommended, and I’ll be booking again. Easy to access and good communication.

Great location, small compact one room downstairs bedsit. Perfect for one or two night stay.

Location was perfect and within a 25min walk of the ferry terminal, whilst also being within a 5min walk of eateries and 10min walk of the main town. Train stations nearby. Would recommend train into Dunkirk, we had an amazing day trip there.

Noisy neighbours in upstairs flat thumping about at 5/6am on ceiling of our space and thumping up and down the stairs by our room every time they came and went.

A wonderful stay in Calais...

So happy with the apartment. Warm, clean and close enough to walk to town or grab the free buses if you feel the need. The in-house entertainment was also a bonus. Thanks Helene and Jean-Yves.

Perhaps a bedside extension lead to assist charge the phone would probably be the only suggestion I would make.

Good place to stay, good value for money

The size of the room, the cleanliness of the room, the hot water provision, the heating, the mattress was comfortable, there was a fridge, a microwave and even a cooker with plates and cutlery. I would happily stay there again.

Just outside the front door of the building, the surrounding area was dark at night due to inadequate street lighting. However, in its defence, the part of Calais the apartment is located in, appears to be very safe at night.

Location and the bed

The studio was a bit scruffy, and plug sockets were dangerously coming off the walls. One of the two breakfast bar seats was broken, and there was a lack of kitchen goods such as bowls and a cafetiere. I also could not get the TV to work, or the Netflix etc to connect with the internet. A bedside light would be useful as well as soften the harsh lighting, and a comfy seat would be good if the studio was redesigned.

Nous n’avons pas aimé le fait que nous devions tenir le pommeau de douche à la main car l’endroit pour le poser était cassé et aussi la vaisselle était un peu sale donc obligé de laver avant utilisation

Ми не змогли потрапити в приміщення, бо господар надав невірний код. На дзвінки та листи він не відповідав, новий код надіслав в 1:30 ночі, коли після спілкування з місцевою поліцією, до речі, дуже їм вдячні, поліцейські побачили людей під дощем на вулиці вночі і запропонували допомогу. Але, нажаль, ми в номер так і не потрапили. Були змушені шукати інший Отель. Вранці, коли ми захотіли з’ясувати причину такої поведінки, господар нагрубив. Дуже гарне місто, привітні люди але господар приміщення зіпсував всі враження.
