Das Beste ist die sehr gute und sehr leise Klimaanlage bei 39 Grad Außentemperatur, die Unterkunft ist auch ruhig gelegen und das Wohnschlafzimmer gemütlich. Der Vermieter kümmert sich mit vielen Informationen, dass sich der Gast auch wohl fühlt.
Die Küche ist nicht wirklich zum Kochen geeignet, Geschirr spülen schwierig, da nicht genug Platz und auch kein Geschirrtuch, es gibt auch nur ein größeres Handtuch pro Gast und keinen Haken zum Trocknen.

Good apartment in a great location! It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Clemens is a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here.

Appartamento al primo piano, camera ampia ma soprattutto con climatizzatore. Host disponibile. 10 minuti a piedi per la fermata della metropolitana. Rapporto qualità prezzo.
Servizi igienici datati. Fa un po' strano la doccia nella zona cucina ma in breve ci si abitua soprattutto se non c'è necessità di cene in appartamento. Per chi va in macchina: occhio al parcheggio di fronte all'appartamento: l'host ci aveva indicato fosse free ma abbiamo trovato la multa.
