Imperio Residences Melaka Malacca

Good location, clean and easy to access

No parking pass given, I have stayed at other apartments in the same complex and they provided the parking pass. This information was only given after the non-refundable booking was confirmed. In addition the shower head holder was broken therefore, the use was made a bit difficult.

The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The facilities were great, and the location was convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good overall. However, there was no soap provided in the bathroom. It would be better if basic toiletries such as hand or body soap were provided for guests.

The view and swimming pool

At night, this place gets boring because it is far from hotspot and some facilities are abandoned

What I like most is having a large swimming pool, a place that is not too crowded, with smooth traffic, easy access, and a room that is fully equipped with all the basic necessities.

What I didn’t like was the difficulty in contacting the Owner. To enter the property, we had to use our own Touch ‘n Go card and pay RM15 per day. Previously, parking access was provided, but this time no access was given, so we had to pay for parking ourselves. For just 2 days, the parking cost came to almost RM40. I also tried contacting the Owner to get clarification regarding the parking access, but unfortunately, I received no response. As for the room, everything was good and well-equipped, except that the TV was not working. Overall, this stay was quite disappointing because we had to bear an additional and unexpected parking cost, especially since parking access had been provided during our previous stay.
