We were worried if the apartment is clean as the photos. However the moment we open the door to the unit, we were super amazed by the comfort & cleanliness of the apartment as it has exceeded our expectations. The host (Sean) provided us with all the details to ensure a smooth check-in & even did a video to show us how to operate the TV. Throughout our stay, he was very responsive to our queries & even make the effort to meet us before we checked-out to obtain our feedback directly.
Mahkota Parade is within a short walking distance which is very convenient.
Nothing about the unit & the host.
However as the building is old, the noise insulation of the windows are not ideal as we can clearly hear the traffic noises in the wee hours of the night even thou we are staying at level 16 but that didn't spoil our holiday.

The place was situated nicely behind Mahkota Parade and that brings a lot of convenience for holiday makers especially on groceries as well as meals. There are shops and small eateries in the area also which complement the choices.
Water in the swimming pool is a bit murky.

I really like this apartment.. its so spacious & clean.. everything is perfect.. view also nice...walking distance to menara taming sari, dataran pahlawan.. will repeat the booking again for next vacation to Melaka... really recommended yo staycation with family... thank you the host very helpful & friendly.
