The location was good. Security was firm yet courteous. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained.
We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t have much time to explore the apartment or its facilities.
One small issue to highlight: my father-in-law, who uses a wheelchair, stayed back to rest while we went out for dinner. As only one RFID key was provided, someone had to stay with him, as he would not have been able to open the door for us if he was alone.

Very nice apartment that was a great home base for two families traveling together. The kids loved the swimming pool. The host was in touch with us the whole time to answer questions.
A little hard to cross the main street in front of the building with kids, but otherwise the location is very close to many good places.

The apartment is strategically located. A stone's throw from eateries and places of interest. Apartment is tastefully decorated and clean. Sean is a gracious host. Will recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Malacca.
The condo facilities lack maintenance.
