La situation géographique à 5 min de la mer et très proche du centre de St Lunaire.

L'appartement est lumineux et bien équipé. La déco est sobre, les équipements sont modernes. Le logement très calme est situé proche de la plage facile d'accès à pied, c'est moins vrai pour le centre du village qui nécessite un peu plus d'effort (à pied). La situation géographique permet la visite de Dinard, Dinan et Saint Malo sans faire trop de kilomètres.
L'accueil du propriétaire est agréable.
Peu de place et rangement pour les provisions au retour de courses.
Ce qui sert de canapé devant le téléviseur est inconfortable.
