Villa "Casa Vacanze Elena" is located in Perd'e Sali and is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. This charming home features a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and a single bed each), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Additional amenities include fans, a fireplace, washing machine, television, and a high chair.
In your private, fenced outdoor area, you'll find a garden, a covered terrace, a pool (open from May 1st to October 31st), an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. A hammock invites you to relax with a good book, while comfortable loungers are perfect for sunbathing on warm days. In winter, you can cozy up by the fireplace with a hot chocolate.
A selection of restaurants and the nearest supermarket are just a 3-minute drive away. You can reach the beautiful Perd'e Sali marina in 3 minutes by car or 2.1 km, or spend the day at Porto Columbu beach (5 minutes by car or 2.6 km away). Cagliari Airport is about a 33-minute drive (37.6 km).
During your stay, the owners may access the outdoor area, with prior notice, for regular garden maintenance.
The property offers parking spaces. We recommend using a car to reach the villa. Smoking is allowed. No pets or parties allowed.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem grossen Garten mit vielen Pflanzen. Es hat eine schöne Veranda und auch im Garten einen Sitzplatz und eher einen kleineren Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist jedoch eher älter und teilweise auch kaputt.
In dieser Umgebung hat es sehr viele Mücken. Leider haben die Fenster keine Mückengitter, weshalb in Ruhe schlafen schwierig war. Selbst die Mückenstecker haben nicht viel gebracht. Beim Haus leben auch Katzen, welche natürlich auch versuchen ins Haus zu gelangen. Für Katzenliebhaber weniger ein Problem, für Allergiker vielleicht schon, denn sie setzen sich überall hin. Uns haben sie aber nicht gross gestört. Die Besitzer kommen täglich vorbei, um sie zu füttern und die Pflanzen zu giessen. Der Vermieter übernimmt sogar das Entsorgen des Abfalles. Toll ist auch der Tischtennis-Tisch - gute Bälle selber mitbringen, denn man bekommt sie im Laden kaum.
