Thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to ten guests, the villa features four bedrooms arranged across split levels, including queen bedrooms, a flexible family suite with additional sofa bed, and a bunk room ideal for children. Four bathrooms are distributed throughout the property, ensuring both comfort and convenience for larger groups.

Originally built in 2008 as part of an exclusive four-villa complex and carefully renovated in 2020, the interiors retain authentic Mykonian character through whitewashed walls, curved architectural lines, exposed wooden beams, and built-in furnishings. Marble flooring, sunken baths, and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow elevate the sense of understated luxury.

The ground floor offers an inviting living space with fireplace and French doors opening onto the terrace, alongside a spacious dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring modern appliances including oven, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, and toaster. A full bathroom is also located on this level. The mezzanine hosts a master bedroom with a queen bed and sofa bed, complemented by a private bathroom. On the upper level, three additional bedrooms provide flexible accommodation, including a bunk room with en-suite shower and two queen bedrooms with private balconies overlooking the sea, supported by a further bathroom with bathtub.

Outdoor living is central to the experience, with multiple lounge and dining areas positioned to maximise both privacy and panoramic views. Guests also enjoy access to a 70 sqm shared swimming pool, beautifully positioned within the complex to take full advantage of the surrounding seascape. The grounds are framed by white plaster finishes, natural rock formations, wooden pergolas, and vibrant planting including bougainvillea and cacti, creating a serene Mediterranean setting.

A meet-and-greet service is provided on arrival, including luggage assistance and optional private transfers by 8-seater minivan at €30 between 08:00 and 00:00, with advance notice required. The nearest public transport stop is approximately 1 km away, and car or motorcycle hire is recommended to explore the island with ease. Private parking is available at the property.
