厨房、卧室很温馨，有家的感觉，洗衣机很干净，房东也蛮好的；花园庭院也很漂亮。

卫生间实在太小了；另外，夏季有极昼现象，半夜天空还是亮的，窗帘根本不遮光（要用全遮光布），所以觉睡不好（这个问题可能北欧比较普遍）（我不得不用一床薄被盖住窗户）

Siisti huoneisto vanhassa pienkerrostalossa. Oma keittiö ja kahvi olivat mukava yllätys. Erittäin siisti pihapiiri ja rauhallinen sijainti, kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja Olavinlinnasta. Hyvin parkkitilaa pihassa vaikka majoittujia olisi enemmänkin.

Yhdistetty wc/suihkutila säästeliään kokoinen, mutta kyllä yksi kerrallaan siellä pystyy asioimaan.

Hyvä paikka oli lyhyt matka oopperaan

The host was very gracious. He was staying on the property and met us immediately as we arrived. He also arranged the use of the washing machine and dryer in the basement, something we desperately needed at the time. The location is good, as was the parking. About the town: we enjoyed eating at the harbour market, even when the weather was cool, cloudy, and rainy.

The accommodation was dated and, especially, the basement with the washing machine could use more tender care. Not about the accommodation, but about the town of Savonlinna: we arrived at the busiest time of year which makes it difficult to get to the famous castle without having to park very far away. As senior citizens, we were disappointed we weren't able to walk the distance needed to get from the nearest parking spot to the castle. Perhaps the town could arrange and promote a shuttle service to and from the castle? Or did we miss it?
