Very comfortable, apart from the heatwave!

The apartment is in the centre of St Brieuc, close to the railway station and bus stops. It was very convenient to take the buses and trains to the nearby places that we wanted to visit. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. It has a full kitchen which enabled us to self cater. The apartment block also has a lift.

We visited during the 2025 heatwave, so we were rather too warm, although closing the shutters in the middle of the day helped. The street outside can be noisy in the evenings, but only when the windows are open. The bedroom is at the back which is very quiet.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The location is great, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. There are many restaurants around, grocery store right on the other side of the street which was convenient. The apartment is just lovely! It's beautiful, bright, well decorated and definitely feels like home. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was super sad to leave. :)

A highly recommended stay in a fabulous apartment owned by wonderful hosts!

A highly recommended place! From the charming hosts to every little detail in the apartment, make it a fabulous place, a real home away from home. Everything works perfectly, the beds & sofas are comfortable, and the apartment itself with its decor is so lovely, you actually don't feel like leaving.... The kitchen lacks nothings and the dryer is an added plus when travelling in winter. Very stylish & unique place. We loved everything about it!

It had been raining so the lovely balcony could obviously not be used and that after 4 nights, we had to leave.....

La localisation très pratique pour découvrir le centre ville. La décoration de l'appartement, joliment réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. L'aménagement de l'appartement, très pratique bien équipé. La disponibilité de Marie sa disponibilité et son intérêt à savoir si tout se passe bien.

Nous avons tout aimé, l'appartement enchanté ressemble à l'appartement d'une princesse, nous avons adoré chaque détail, où que vous regardiez, vous êtes enchanté, très propre et nous avons adoré chaque détail, l'hôtesse est l'une des meilleures que j'ai jamais rencontrées, merci pour tout, nous reviendrons bientôt. DÉTAIL proche de tout en face de Carrefour.

Super-appartementje: modern en clean ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt !! over de inrichting (kleur, spiegels, keukenmateriaal, ...) was nagedacht! relatief drukke straat, maar géén geluidshinder, ook niet in het gebouw aparte garage voor de wagen leuke tips voor restaurant en bakker, op wandelafstand
