Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming, light-filled, fully-equipped and functional 74 m² flat for rent in Saint-Brieuc, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 14th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. - A relaxation room has a double whirlpool bath with power-adjustable massage jets, with a beautiful view (capacity for one bath/day). Open until 9:30pm.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Brieuc, 400 m from the city center, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Discover the small port of Le Légué, a 5-minute by car.
- Les Rosaires beach 8 minutes away, its bay classified as a nature reserve, and the Langueux sandbanks,
- For hikers, the GR 34 will enchant you with its wild coastline and sea.
