Excellent accommodation except for one thing

Very good welcome from Patricia. She explained everything and was available by phone or text at all times. Accommodation was excellent apart from one thing mentioned below.

It was advertised on Booking.com as having air conditioning which was why we booked it. It did not have air conditioning. The weather was not hot so we didn't need it, but if we had come in hot weather we would have been very annoyed.

Beautiful small apartment in a lovely area. The host was really helpful and accommodating. The property was decorated to a high standard and well equipped. A perfect base for exploring the area.

Very clean and very comfortable bed. Located in the nice village with a lovely atmosphere. A plenty of place to eat and a bakery just down the road. Easy access to the main road.

Enjoyed our short stay very much, would like to return & spend a bit longer there next time.

Smart clean modern apartment, well equipped. Loved it all, Patricia very accommodating, we had an 90min delay in arriving due to traffic issues. But Patricia was still there with a warm welcome, spending time explaining things to us, so we could enjoy & make the most our stay. Good shops, bars & restaurants in the locality to meet all our needs.

The only slight constructive feedback would be the seating in the lounge area became a little uncomfortable after a short period of time.

Fantastic appartment near Saint Brieuc

It's a very clean appartment in the second floor. The owner has two more appartments in this building which are very nice as well. Everything is new and well equipped (at least for breakfast). There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity as well as two bakeries and a little grocery store. The appartment is quiet, you can see the harbour on one side. There's public parking in front of the house. The host came to open us the door and she gave us good advice on the restaurants and what to see in the vicinity.

Location was ideal, near restaurants and bars. Our apartment was very quiet even though the property was fully occupied, and well equipped kitchen.

Lots of stairs to get to the top, but apartment would be great for younger people.

Very nice accommodation

Comfortable, bright, modern, plenty of hot water nice shower room, very comfortable bed, excellent restaurant very close by, as was the boulangerie. Patricia was lovely lady, very helpfull and couldn't have been more accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend La Maison du Port as a perfect place for a couple of nights stay or longer.

Nothing, except maybe if guests had mobility difficulties, the spiral stairs would be a problem.

Superbe séjour dans cet appartement très soigné et agréable à vivre. Localisation parfaite.

Superbe séjour ! (3 adultes). Très bel appartement fonctionnel et soigné (situé en Rdc et en duplex pour la partie chambres + salle de douche WC). Petit coin lecture très agréable à l'étage (palier aménagé). Belle décoration. Patio extérieur affecté à ce logement avec chaises et table basse d'agrément. Port, boulangerie et bars restaurants à proximité immédiate. Facilité pour se garer. Centre ville de Saint- Brieuc situé à 5 mn en voiture. La Plage de Binic est à 20 mn en voiture (avec une excellente crêperie - La Maison de Léa 👍🏻😉). Hôte très sympathique et fort agréable dans l'échange. Grande disponibilité et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons certainement !

El apartamento muy nuevo y bien decorado Patricia, un encanto de mujer, nos atendió de maravilla La luminosidad del sitio, con ventanas de calidad abuhardilladas Cocina muy bien equipada pese a una carencia Zona tranquila y silencio pese a estar a tres minutos del bullicio

Un lavavajillas sería algo a considerar La habitación superior, pese a ser preciosa, su acceso por escalera no es lo mejor pasados los 50

Sehr empfehlenswert in guter Lage

Die gesamte Atmosphäre war sehr gut. Es gab kostenlose Parkplätze. Küche, Bett und Bad waren ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung war hell und zentral in der Hafengegend. Besonders schön waren die tollen Begrüßungsblumen. Der Check in und Check out waren schnell und unproblematisch. An viele Kleinigkeiten war gedacht.

Der Brandmelder regiert extrem schnell, schon ein dunkles Toast verzeiht er nicht. Ältere Personen haben es etwas schwer beim Treppenaufstieg Halt zu finden.

Super séjour sur le week-end du 14 juillet à la Maison du Port

Très bien placée dans le port de Plérin. Notre hôtesse Patricia a été aux petits soins du début à la fin de notre séjour, et même après, et la maison était impeccable.

Charme, confort et accueil : un vrai coup de cœur.

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel à LA MAISON DU PORT ! Tout était vraiment parfait du début à la fin. L'accueil de l'hôte, très prévenante, était vraiment chaleureux et attentionné, avec un véritable souci du détail pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. A notre arrivée, tout était propre, bien rangé, dans un appartement a quelques mètres du port dans un très beaux cadre. L’appartement est à la bonne taille pour un couple, confortable, avec un petit salon, une cuisine très bien équipée, une chambre confortable- beaucoup de lumière, avec une petite terrasse en contrebas fort agréable...parfait pour prendre un petit déjeuner au lever du soleil avant la promenade le long du port. Le rapport qualité/prix est top +, et l’emplacement est idéal, paisible tout en étant proche des points d’intérêt (centre-ville de Saint Brieuc a 5min en voiture) Merci mille fois pour cette très belle expérience - nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommanderons cette adresse les yeux fermés !

Patricia nous accueilli chaleureusement dans ses magnifiques logements. Nous avons pu nous appuyer sur ses conseils pour vivre un beau w.end. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec un groupe d'amis. Nous avons occupé les 3 logements sans contrainte. Tous nos déplacements ont été effectués à pied, car il y a notamment une ligne de bus en direction du centre ville à proximité du logement.
