Overall hotel is good and facilities are as well. The only concerning thing was food if you are vegetarian. Because locals or others are not respectful of veg or non-veg food. They use same spoons for everything without caring and hotel staff were not putting appropriate labels on the food. You have to tell them that this is not bloody vegan or veg dish.
Overall good location with nice memorable experience with the hotel.

A good stay and overall good holiday. The food wasn’t anything special, and why offer an Asian cuisine restaurant when you’re serving sushi with rice that’s not fully cooked. Staff was nice but for this money there are better options.

We had a 3 night booking, we checked in late at night, by the time we realized what’s happening was th first morning, Our hotel room was inhabitable, the whole room was flooded , because of a leak in the shower, they told us we can check out and we did because we couldn’t stay in this condition, they didn’t want to give us a check out receipt because we booked with Agoda and they said they can’t do any modifications or print out with an Agoda reservation, only afterwards I realized why they did that because when we opened a claim with Agoda the hotel went and lied that we didn’t checkout and as if we stayed there for the entire stay, even though we checked out the first morning. thank god we have receipts from our new stay to prove it.
