Overall, I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. For Moroccan standards, it is actually quite good. It is a large resort with beautifully maintained gardens and lovely surroundings, which is definitely a huge plus. **The Good:** * **Location:** The hotel is in a great spot, very close to the beach and souvenir shops. There is also a currency exchange right across the street, which was super convenient. * **Facilities:** The resort has good pools, including one with water slides. The gym was surprisingly well-equipped. * **Food & Drinks:** The food was tasty with enough variety for everyone to find something they like. There is also a Moroccan à la carte restaurant on-site (extra charge). The bottled beer served at the hotel was small but really good! * **Staff:** The pool bar staff and the rest of the team were incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. * **Rooms:** The rooms were spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. **The Bad:** * **Noise:** We stayed in the 900-block at the very end of the resort (near the spa and gym). On weekend evenings, the street noise was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. * **The Bathroom issues:** We had no hot water in the evenings during our entire stay. To make matters worse, the shower head in room 925 acted like a Kärcher pressure washer—the water pressure was so violently intense it practically cut your skin. A shower head like that is completely unacceptable. If you get a quiet room with a functioning shower, it’s a not bad choice!
