This luxury condo is located just over the Manatee Bridge, only a mile from Anna Maria Island’s beautiful white sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise water.

This three-bedroom condo is located in One Particular Harbor at Margaritaville; a resort inspired, gated, Jimmy Buffet community offering a variety of amenities to meet your needs including a beautiful, heated pool, adjacent splash park, playground, and gas grills with picnic tables. You can also rent a boat or book a fishing or snorkeling trip at the marina right next door. Walk over to The Compass Hotel or Floriday’s tiki bar to grab a drink or bite to eat while watching the sunset and the dolphins play. Guests can also walk or bike through one of the 3 nature reserves nearby. The condo is pet friendly, and conveniently located near the dog friendly Palma Sola causeway beach (you can also ride horses there!).

The unit contains three bedrooms and three full baths. The open floor plan includes a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area with a table that seats eight. The master suite has a king-sized bed, large shower, double sinks, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom contains two twin beds and is conveniently located near the unit’s main full bathroom. The kitchen has large island, beautiful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Guests have the option to stay inside and enjoy the free WIFI, central air, TV in every room, and sophisticated coastal décor. Or, grab your coffee or cocktail and head out to the screened lanai and appreciate the spectacular view of the palm tree lined lagoon and local birds.

The unit also includes: In-unit washer & dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, pack-n-play, elevator access, beach/pool towels, and beach chairs.

Minimum night stay - 4 nights, maximum occupancy 6 guests.
Long term guests (30 days or longer) will also have access to a state-of-the-art waterfront beach club, located directly on the Anna Maria Sound. The club amenities include a large pool, hot tub, restaurant, business center, fitness center and yoga lawn, as well as a kayak launch and kayaks. You will also have access to two additional pools (4 total), a fire pit, and a second kayak launch on the lagoon, which is surrounded by miles of walking trails.
Dogs are considered part of the family and are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.

*Per the association boats, RV’s, trailers, oversized trucks and vans are not allowed in Marina Walk.
* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
