Welcome to Harbor Isle Fir. This Outstanding Penthouse condo is in the gated community of One Particular Harbour. Enjoy spectacular sunrise and sunset views. This luxurious property is located only minutes, less than a mile from the powdered sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. This property suffered no hurricane damage from Helene or Milton.
Enter this fabulous one-of-a-kind penthouse impeccably furnished in a captivating coastal style. This Oceana floor plan boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This open floor plan enables lovely views throughout, some of this home’s features include a gourmet kitchen with upgrades galore! The Spacious Lanai offers an inviting space to kick back and enjoy the warm gulf breezes. This is a 4th Floor Condo and is accessible by stairs or elevator.
Right outside your door, you will find plenty of amenities to make sure your vacation to Ami does not skip a beat! There is a large, heated pool right nearby that you and your family will love soaking in after a long day in the Florida sun. This area also includes a bar area for relaxing and a playground/splash zone for the kids! Harbor Isle Fir is located next to Margaritaville and Floridays Grill & Bar.
The penthouse unit includes 2 covered dedicated parking spaces. You will also find a storage unit with beach supplies and other goodies for your stay. As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet. Kick back, relax, and turn on one of the flat-screen TVs to catch that must see sports game or your favorite movie.

*Check-in time is 4 pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10 am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*
*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee & tea. Full sized luxury hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*
*This home has a 5-night minimum stay requirement*
*Reservations that are 30 nights or longer will require a mid-stay clean, one of our rental agents will provide more information at the time of booking.
*Please note, all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Thank you!

Great location and property except for the floors and a foul smell from the water. After about two days the odor went away.
The floors were dirty, we had a toddler crawling on the floors, and his hands, knees, and feet were instantly black and had to be bathed.

Everything is clean, well maintained and as described. We originally went to the wrong gate, so maybe clearer directions for how to actually get in would be helpful. The only complaint we had would be there were only 2 beach chairs for 8 guests and the first day we let the door slam a few times by accident when coming and going and got a complaint/note on our door which seemed like it was from the neighbor. It would have been nice to have a heads up that it is an extremely heavy door and slams easily. We obviously weren't doing it intentionally. Otherwise everything was lovely and we would 100% stay here again!

We loved our stay at Harbor Isle Fir - the condo looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we loved relaxing on the balcony at the end of the day. Definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful time staying at the Harbor Isle Fir. The condo is beautiful and much larger than expected from the pictures. Perfect layout for two couples and young adult children. We loved the screened in balcony, walking trails and pool. Ate at Floridays (located in front of property) twice and appreciated the convenience of being able to walk. Plus, we saw manatees at the marina on the way. We also rode bikes across the bridge to the island, which was an easy trip with gorgeous views. Location of this condo is awesome for enjoying the area and the condo community is very nice and safe. We would definitely stay again.
