This luxury penthouse condo located on the top floor, has 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, and offers the most stunning views of Anna Maria Sound from the screened in lanai. Just a two-minute car ride away from beautiful Anna Maria Island, the pristine white sand beaches and turquoise water await!
Guests will have access to the pool shown in the first photo, the splash pad, and BBQ area, all located in front of the condo building.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests that book a reservation & stay for "ONE-MONTH or Longer" will receive additional access to The BEACH CLUB with the extra amenities of (the clubhouse, the beach club pool, restaurant, fitness center, walking paths, separate beach area).
Ideally located, this corner top floor condo unit provides the most outdoor privacy from the screened in lanai. No views of neighboring lanais or walls. Accessible by elevator, you will immediately notice the many decorative upgrades and amenities the unit has to offer as you walk through the front door.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity and oversized walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large flat screen TV, small work desk and en-suite bathroom with shower tub combination.
The third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children, and another third bathroom just outside by the hallway with a shower tub combination.
The living room comfortably seats up to 4 people, and the 60" smart TV makes for an enjoyable evening catching up on your favorite shows and watching sporting events. Cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet is included.
The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances such as a french door refrigerator, double oven, microwave and a large granite counter-top island with height adjustable chairs. The dining table can seat up to 6 people.
With an eastern exposure, the screened in lanai will make for some breathtaking sunrises while you enjoy your cup of coffee or breakfast. The glass sliding doors to the living room open up almost entirely, transforming the screened-in lanai as an extended living room. Alex was great with the trip and very responsive. The requested unit was booked however Alex provided us with another unit that fit our needs as well. The new unit exceeded our expectations. Very accommodating and answered any question we had!
