While we have always gone to great lengths to prepare our properties for guest use, we have now updated our cleaning protocols to ensure that surfaces are disinfected and sanitised between guests. In addition, you will find complimentary hand sanitisers at the property.

This very well appointed apartment is ideal for a beach or pool type of holiday. It is only a three minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of bar/restaurants within a few minutes walk. The communal pools are large and the surrounding gardens well maintained. It is just 1 kilometre from the town centre of Denia with its old quarter and marina, where you can while away the time watching the world go by at one of the numerous cafes.
Our office is around 15 minutes from the apartment and we are always available for problems or advice.
Within one minute of the apartment there are a number of bars and restaurants, to while away the sunny days with a drink or a coffee.

Wonderful apartment and an excellent location with a restaurant across the street”Cubanita” which was very good and the drinks inexpensive
The appliances are new but the book prepared for a new renter had instructions for the old appliances.
The Unit Manager was helpful and responded timely when I had any questions
My next visit to Denia I will rent this apartment.
