About this villa rental
Country house, offering approximately 110 m² of living space on one level - 4 bedrooms - on a flat, enclosed plot of 855 m², surrounded by lush greenery and offering complete privacy.
The open-plan living room and kitchen is a through-plan layout: the lounge area (sofa and two leather recliners, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi) opens onto a covered south-facing terrace (PVC garden furniture, hammock and deck chair), while the kitchen area (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer) opens onto a north-facing wooden terrace overlooking the rear garden (PVC garden furniture, 2 PVC sun loungers, barbecue).
Two sleeping areas on either side of the living room: one with bedroom 1 (queen bed) opening onto a south-facing terrace and bedroom 2 (queen bed), separated by a renovated shower room (with toilet); the other sleeping area offers a bathroom with toilet, bedroom 3 (double bed), and bedroom 4 (two single bunk beds and a double sofa bed), plus a utility room (washing machine).
The main structure of the house has been recently renovated; the electrical wiring, interior paintwork, one shower room, and bedding are all new. The house will charm you with its location in the heart of Pyla, between the center of Le Moulleau and La Corniche/Haïtza, and truly just steps from the beach.
Linens are not provided, but can be rented through the agency: 1 pack of 140 sheets + towels €42/week - 1 pack of 90 sheets + towels €32/week.
Cleaning is included.
During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15/day.
