Tout d'abord la qualité de la relation avec les propriétaires et Isabelle. La qualité du logement et la complétude des équipements (en nombre et en robustesse, cuisine très équipée)
Franchement rien. Un terrain de pétanque à prévoir à l'arrière éventuellement!

La situation géographique : proximité dune du Pyla, commerces, arcachon… Le quartier dans les pins. Le jardin. Le coin repas dans la véranda qui permet de profiter de la nature même pendant une tempête (benjamin). Villa spacieuse et bien équipée. Le fait qu’il y ai plusieurs salles de bain : pratique pour une grande famille. Communication facile / disponibilité des hôtes.
Coin salon un peu petit et mal agencé comparé à la cuisine qui est grande.

L'accueil très sympathique et la disponibilité de la personne en charge de nous accueillir, l'emplacement. La terrasse couverte, la facilité d'aisance avec des enfants en bas âges, 3 salles de bains et toilettes, cuisine bien équipée.
Gros problème d'électricité, dans les chambres du bas et salle de bain, donc compliqué pour la lumière et chargeurs babyphones, lumières de chevet, etc. Les deux TV ne fonctionnaient pas, la machine à café nespresso en panne.
