Great location very close to the sea front and the centre of Penzance.
Due to it's close proximity to the seafront it was quite noisy at night, probably my mistake not thinking it through.

Lovely location for Ferry, train station and sea front. Stayed in the family room with my two children on route to the Isles of Scillies so was ideal.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Right on the sea front with lovely views across the sea and Lido pool, easy 2min walk down to fish and chip shop or restaurants, but still quiet at night/mornings.
Would definitely stay again.
Room was right at the top of 3 flights of stairs, which kids thought was rather fun, but might be a challenge for those older/less able.
No breakfast option, but lots of cafes nearby.

Small but comfortable, clean room for one night stay.
We had one of the rooms at the very top of the house. Up some very narrow stairs, we couldn't take our suitcase into the room due to this . But for a one night stay this wasn't a problem.
