Czysto i schludnie. Na miejscu zmywarka, pralka, lodówka, płyta indukcyjna, piekarnik i mikrofalówka. Do dyspozycji również czajnik i ekspres przelewowy. Apartament idealny dla pary. Wydzielone miejsce parkingowe. Dostępna winda w budynku. Blisko sklepy, stacja paliw. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Trochę daleko do plaży centralnej (Molo) - pieszo ok. 30 min. Trochę bliżej do plaży zachodniej - ok 15/20 mln. Sam apartament bez minusów.
