Fajna lokalizacja dobrze skomunikowana część miasta, do latarni morskiej około 25 minut spacerem. Dobre jedzenie blisko oraz plaża po 15 minutowym spacerze.
Okna powinny mieć albo grubsze zasłony, albo lepsze rolety, które bardziej zaciemniałyby apartament, bo niestety w okresie letnim ciężko się śpi. Brak klimatyzacji w mieszkaniu też może być problemem przy tak cienkich zasłonach szczególnie przy gorących dniach. No i mewy siadające na dachu, które bardzo słychać bo apartament jest na 4 piętrze w 4 piętrowym budynku, ale tutaj właściciel nic nie może zrobi bo to natura.

Uklad mieszkania. Otwarty to jest plus na takie wyjazdy. Duzy balkon i praktyczny
Czasami sasiad port halasuje w soboty i niedziele. Do 22 i od 6 rano w niedziele laduja towary. Ale to nie zawsze

Troszkę słaba lokalizacja. Spacerem do centrum dwa kilometry.
