Tolle Anlage, Aber...
Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, schöner Pool mit angenehm warmen zu Wasser.

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die uns den Urlaub etwas verhagelt haben. 2h vor Ankunft soll man den Verwalter kontaktieren, was ich gemacht hatte, indem ich eine SMS geschrieben habe. Der Verwalter reagierte leider nicht und kam nach Ankunft dann aber nach 30 min, nachdem ich nochmal die Besitzerin kontaktiert hatte.
Das zweite war eine defekte Jalousie in meinem Schlafzimmer. Sie war zur Hälfte runtergelassen und ließ sich nicht bewegen. Man hatte es also weder richtig dunkel noch hell. Nachts scheinen helle Leuchten aus dem Garten rein.Die Besitzerin reagierte auf Nachfrage nur damit, dass sie da jetzt nichts machen kann, da Ersatzteile fehlen würden. Und ein anderes Haus wäre auch nicht möglich. (Wir waren fast die einzigen Gäste) Erst nach mehrmaligen Hin und Her ließ sie sich auf einen Rabatt auf den Buchungspreis ein, was ich fair fand.
Was gar nicht ging, war der sehr unangenehme Hausmeister auf dem Grundstück. Wir (Mama und zwei Schwestern) waren mit unserem Dackel da und am Anfang hieß es, es wäre eine tierfreundliche Anlage. Das haben wir leider gar nicht so empfunden. Überall auf der Wiese sind Schilder verteilt, dass Hunde dort nicht hinmachen dürfen. Völlig ok, weil wir mit unserem Hund fürs Geschäft dafür raus gehen. Leider taucht der Hausmeister ständig auf und weist einen zurecht, dass der Hund auch nicht auf die Wiese betreten darf, noch in die Nähe des Pools darf. Das fanden wir völlig überzogen und der Mann war sehr unangenehm und wurde auch laut. Zumal wir fast allein dort waren, konnten wir das nicht nachvollziehen. Das war sehr unentspannt. Man fühlte sich regelrecht beobachtet. Ich teilte der Besitzerin mit, dass wir das ständige Maßregeln als unangenehm empfinden würden. Die Reaktion war tatsächlich überraschend.
Sie sagte, er würde nur seine Arbeit machen und im Übrigen hätten andere Besitzer beobachtet, wir hätten Besuch gehabt!

Idealne miejsce nad morzem
Apartamenty naprawdę wspaniałe, było czysto, przyjemnie i wygodnie. Podwórko bardzo zadbane, parking idealny. Świetna lokalizacja, cisza, spokój i po prostu idealne miejsce na wypoczynek, a basen po prostu wspaniały, naprawdę duży plus. Serdecznie polecam

Schade dass man so eine schöne Unterkunft nicht richtig betreut
Gute Lage. 2 Toiletten. Pool
Fernsehen im Wohnzimmer war nicht möglich. Kein deutsches Fernsehen. Na mehreren Hinweisen wurde das Problem nicht behoben. Defekte Jalousie in einem der Zimmer. Balkon konnte nicht genutzt werden. Zu wenige Handtücher erst nach Aufforderung wurde das korrigiert. Keine genauen Angaben wie man in die Unterkunft kommt.

Wir hatten einen schönen Woche :)
Es ist ein modernes Apartment mit einer gepflegten, grünen Anlage und Pool. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, was kein Problem war.
Parkplatz für 1 PKW wird zur Verfügung gestellt, dieser ist auch durch eine Toreinfahrt gesichert. Wir waren mit 2 PKW dort und haben zum Glück noch einen zweiten freien Stellplatz bekommen können. - Die Vermieterin hat ihre Nachbarn gefragt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war über Booking.com sehr unkompliziert, man hat binnen kurzer Zeit eine Antwort erhalten. Parkplätze gibt es ansonsten keine, die Polizei verteilt Tickets, wenn man am Rand parkt.
Der Verwalter schreibt per SMS in Polnisch, muss man dann über Google übersetzen, aber ging auch. Per SMS haben wir Bilder erhalten, wie man in das Apartment gelangt. Ausserdem war der Duschkopf defekt, es kam aber direkt am nächsten Morgen der Verwalter vorbei und hat ihn getauscht. Das fanden wir super.
Die Lage ist toll, 10min zum Strand oder Promenade. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sauber war es auch.
Wir haben uns im Allgemeinen sehr wohl gefühlt.
Leider ein großes Manko: Das Rollo im Elternschlafzimmer war defekt. Das Schlafzimmer war nicht nutzbar, da man es nicht abdunkeln konnte. Die Sonne geht spät unter und früh wieder auf, nachts leuchten Scheinwerfer. Somit mussten wir auf dem Sofa schlafen. Für knapp 1000 Euro die Woche ist es ärgerlich, auf dem Sofa schlafen zu müssen. Allgemein würde ich empfehlen, zusätzlich zu den Jalousien noch dunkle Vorhänge anbringen zu lassen, da trotz geschlossener Jalousien viel Licht durchdringt. Gerade mit Kindern ist das wichtig.
Die Betten sind etwas klein, 1,40 für die Eltern, 80cm für die Kinder - aber es ist okay.

Ruhiges, modernes Idyll
Sehr moderne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht und wünscht! Sehr entspannter und einfacher Kontakt und Abwicklung. Tolle Anlage, sehr sauber und gepflegt mit hohem Erholungswert.
Einzig, aber vermutlich ein nicht allzu oft vorkommendes Szenario, war es etwas störend, das in der letzten Nacht aus dem Nachbarhotel/Pension extrem laute Musik dröhnte bis morgens um 2 Uhr. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nicht wirklich was.
