We booked the apartment at 15.08.2023 for 18.08 till 20.08.2023. We asked about baby bed, because we have a small baby only 9 weeks old, they confirmed that we will receive it. We came around cca 20 and 30 o' clock. Even though it was written that the reception work from 16 till 22 o'clock, nobody was there. I' ve tried to reach the number from reception but nobody was answering for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes women (no name) answered and said that somebody will call us, she was not informed about our Arrival. We waited, but nobody called us. I've contacted again after that 2 times, after second time she said somebody will come and give us a key. Very unpleasant and unprofessional welcome. The apartment is very small (we booked 3 Bettzimmer). The room was very dirty (floor, fridge), dirty and damaged toilet. It looked as somebody left the room 15 mintues before we entered it. To mention we didn't received the baby bed. We don't practice in this age coosleeping. Fortunately, we bought our baby bed because we didn't know if they are serious. They are not. We will never again booked here a place to stay, because it was very expensive ( 248 euro for two nights, plus they charged the parking place 5 euro and tourist stay ) for what they offer. I hope they will treat other quest better and with respect, because people work very hard to pay vacation or weekend to spent with their family. Greetings from Germany

Szczerze odradzam tego obiektu!

Moim zdaniem ogłoszenie wprowadza w błąd. Miałem nadzieję zarezerwować domek wakacyjny, na co wskazywała treść ogłoszenia jak i prezentowane zdjęcia. Na miejscu okazało się, że domek wakacyjny - apartament to po prostu apartament. Co gorsza nawet apartament nie był zgodny z opisem na mylącej stronie. Zamiast osobnej sypialni była antresola, do której wchodziło się po bardzo wąskich schodach. Poza tym całe pomieszczenie było ciemne i obstawione niepotrzebnymi, dodatkowymi łóżkami - praktycznie nie było miejsca na łóżeczko dziecięce. Odnośnie samego łóżeczka. Prosiliśmy właścicieli o przygotowanie łóżeczka a zamiast tego było ono na korytarzu. Mówimy o dużym drewnianym nieskładanym łóżeczku. Dlaczego? Pewnie dlatego, że fizycznie ciężko było je ustawić w pokoju z powodu braku miejsca! Kontaktowaliśmy się z właścicielką, ale była zdziwiona tym, że przyjechaliśmy w tym dniu, tym, że nie podoba nam się apartament i tym, że byliśmy przekonani, że rezerwowaliśmy domek. Zaproponowała domek (opcjonalnie poza Booking!) za srogą dopłatą, więc odmówiliśmy. Oprócz lokalizacji obiekt nie spełnił żadnego z naszych oczekiwań. Dziwię się, że w przy tak wielu ofertach taki obiekt utrzymuje się na rynku. Nie polecam!

na přespávání úplně v pohodě. kdyby bylo ošklivo a muselo se tam trávit více času, tak nic moc

lokalita - ideální - v klidnější části, všechno blízko milá paní majitelka - perfektní doporučení jídla, výletů, čehokoli

při příjezdu nebyl nikdo na recepci, telefon nikdo nebral - ano, přijeli jsme brzy, ale potřebovali jsme se domluvit, zda a kde můžeme v objektu již nechat auto, místa jsou vyhrazená pro dané pokoje. po opravdu dlouhé době, v řádu hodin, zpráva, že klíče jsou dávno připravené v zámku u pokoje a kde můžeme parkovat. zařízení apartmánu - částečně novější a naprosto v pořádku, částečne velmi omšelé. pohovka krytá dekou, aby nebylo vidět v jakém je stavu. byla tak jetá, že jsme ji raději zakryly osuškami celou. apartmán pro 5 osob, ale takové jako pro sardinky, sezení okolo stolu opravdu stísněné.

Byłem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w Sosnowa Mila w Pobierowie. Apartament był przestronny, nowoczesny i świetnie wyposażony – było dużo miejsca, co dawało pełen komfort podczas wypoczynku. Okolica jest spokojna, otoczona zielenią, idealna do relaksu. Lokalizacja również bardzo wygodna – blisko do plaży i atrakcji miejscowości. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce i chętnie tu wrócę!

Świetne miejsce dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi.

-Udogodnienia dla dzieci: łóżeczko małe ze śliczną pościelą dziecięcą, bramka zabezpieczającą schody, mała wanienka, nocniku, krzesełko - dodatkowa toaleta na piętrze - suszarka do ubrań - leżaki 2 - duży plac zabaw przed domkami, takie nadmorskie przedszkole. Jeśli ktoś lubi integrację z innymi dziećmi to idealne miejsce.

- telewizor zawieszony w takimiejscu, ze nie można oglądać z kanapy, tylko krzesła ustawionego przy wyjściu. Na szczęście była pogoda - słabe wyposażenie kuchni: brak misek do płatków, zużyte 2 kopystki do mieszania na patelni, mala deska do krojenia warzyw - brak ręczników- a to zawsze zajmuje dużo miejsca w walizce.( możliwość wypożyczenia kompletu za 20 zł. - opłata dodatkowa za parking pobierana w dniu przyjazdu. To ich teren,.moglibyśmy doliczać to do ceny domku, albo odpuścić. - zużyte materace, wbijające się w ciało

Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek! Pokój był bardzo czysty, wszystko zadbane i pachnące. Łóżka nowe i niezwykle wygodne – naprawdę można się wyspać. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, niczego nam nie brakowało. Lokalizacja również idealna – wszędzie blisko: do plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Na duży plus zasługują też właściciele – bardzo mili, pomocni i życzliwi. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócimy w przyszłości!

Zdecydowanie udana majówka nad morzem.

Miejsce zdecydowanie bardzo rodzinne, polecam rodzinom z dziećmi jak i ze zwierzętami. Praktycznie w każdym domku były dzieci od maluszków do nastolatków. Po środku ośrodka znajduje się plac zabaw, na który każdy domek ma widok z tarasu. Dodatkowo byliśmy z małym psem, gdzie jak najbardziej nikt nie miał nic przeciwko. Wokół ośrodka jest sporo miejsca na spacer z psem. Bliskość morza oraz "Centrum " miasta to dodatkowy atut. Najbliższe zejścia na plaże są to dość strome schody, ale raptem już następne zejście świeżo wykończone bez barier architektonicznych. Trafiło nam się super towarzystwo przez cały pobyt, bardzo kulturalne i miłe. Myślę, że to miejsce takich ludzi przyciąga. Jeśli masz ochotę na miły rodzinny pobyt zdecydowanie polecam. Natomiast jeśli denerwują cię szczęśliwe, biegające dzieci warto się zastanowić czy to jest to miejsce.
