Erst spülen, dann wohlfühlen.

Die Lage war ausgesprochen gut und im Ferienhaus war sehr viel Platz. Es war sehr schön, geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet. Besonders schön fanden wir die Fußbodenheizung so dass es immer warm war. Im Herbst doch recht wichtig. Die Beleuchtung des Hauses war in allen Räumen sehr angenehm. Komfortable Räume, sehr schön geschnittenes Haus.

Zu bemängeln war die Sauberkeit. Herd war nicht nutzbar weil grob verschmutzt, das gesamte Geschirr musste gespült werden, da es wie mit Säure belegt war. Schüsseln, Gewürzspender ec. sehr schmutzig. Nur Fronten und Flächen gereinigt. Betten fanden wir zu schmal. Außenbeleuchtung vorm Haus funktionierte nicht, keine Wegbeleuchtung. Check in war holprig. Fehlende Verstaumöglichkeiten. Genug Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen gab es nicht. Pool und Sauna konnten nicht genutzt werden. Wir vermieten selber und würden die Kritik nutzen, um es besser zu machen. Für den doch stolzen Preis im Herbst muss es sauber sein.

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 Bäder, was sehr vorteilhaft ist. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist fantastisch.

Strand sehr schön am Haus Nachbarn katastrophal

Schönes Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht sehr gemütlich.

Von unserer Terrasse das nächste Haus war ne Familie am Tage haben die sich nur gestritten,und abends waren die am feiern mit lauter Musik bis 3 Uhr morgens . Wir haben die mehrmals angesprochen aber das hat die nicht gejuckt.

Erholung pur

Sehr schöne funktionelle Einrichtung, gut durchdacht. Schön ruhig gelegen und rund um das Grundstück war ein Sichtschutz vorhanden. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, Kühlschrank verfügt sogar über TK Fächer. Das Außengelände ist liebevoll angelegt mit Trampolin, Sitzgruppe, großer Terrasse, Markise und Grillplatz. Sogar eine Hängematte gibt es. Die auf Fotos ersichtliche Sauna und der Whirlpool gehören allerdings nicht zur Villa Kris sondern zur Villa Doris. Das tut der Sache aber keinen Abbruch, wir sind zufrieden. Für uns war Villa Kris genau das richtige. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war weiterhin jederzeit sehr freundlich.

Wyjazd wakacyjny

Polecam to miejsce z całego serca. Lokalizacja super, wszędzie blisko, zarówno do plaży jak i do centrum. Blisko lokalne sklepy i piekarnie. Mimo to z dala od całego zgiełku. Można wypocząć w ciszy, spokoju, przy szumie morza i odgłosach fruwających mew, wśród sosnowych drzew. Sam domek znajduje się na małym zamkniętym osiedlu. Dzieciaki mogły bawić się naprawdę bezpiecznie, a wszyscy sąsiedzi, są bardzo mili i życzliwi. Wyposażanie domku na piątkę z plusem. Było tam naprawdę wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Wielki plus za pralkę, ręczniki. Czysto, schludnie, duży metraż. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Miłe powitanie butelką wina i piwem. Jeszcze raz polecam.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy, która by nam przeszkadzała. Wszystko na ogromny plus.

Villa Kris ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Nähe zum Strand war gut.

Es wurde Geld von der Kaution genommen, weil wir angeblich gehetzt hätten. Die Heizung wird allerdings vom Vermieter gesteuert und man hat gar nicht die Möglichkeit zu heizen, wenn es zu kalt ist. Es wird eine Sauna ausgewiesen, diese gibt es aber gar nicht für Villa Kris!
