З плюсів це те, що знаходиться в центрі міста.
Меблі не дуже в задовільному стані, двері в душову були трішки зламані, здивувало, що за таку ціну зовсім немає засобів особистої гігієни. Тільки через дзвінок вийшло попросити хочаб б мило, щоб руки помити.

Ремонт. Місце розташування. Комфортний матрац. Свіжа постіль. В цілому все. Вай фай.
Сусіди. Вони кричали, сварилися всю ніч. Погана звукоізоляція. Підʼїзд, не почувалась у безпеці. У підʼїзді немає світла і він вільний для користування посторонніми людьми бо не замикається.
