Основний плюс цих апартаментів це розташування, ви в пішій доступності до Оперного та площі ринок. Поруч є супермаркет, парковка. Було чисто, всього вистачало, і посуд і мікрохвильовка і холодильник, велика гардероб на. Є прасувальна дошка і праска і пральна машина. Можливо хотілося щоб диван розкладався на кухні для повноцінного спального місця. Хоча для дитини на складному було зручно

The location is prime
The flat is quite worn out already, particularly sofa looks and smells interesting. Also there is this weird water pumping device without which the water in the toilet is not flushing and it is very loud. Also the place was shaking whenever a big car was driving by the building.
Additionally, I requested an early check in - I was asked another 1,000 uah for 6 hours early check in.
It was not a fully remote check in. There was a lady meeting me at the place. So if you do not speak Ukrainian, probably you will issues finding the place.
